Last week I posted about savory snack ideas. Snacking is a popular topic of conversation with my clients, so I’m here to provide some whole-food-plant-based ideas…this week we’re flipping it to the SWEET side though. Below are some of my favorite sweet snacks to help inspire you.
Yogurt Bowl
Whether you make your own coconut milk yogurt or buy plant yogurt at the grocery, this can be a unique approach to a sweet and satisfying snack topped off with some fresh fruit, nuts, and seeds.
Chocolate Banana Muffins
If you’re a dark chocolate lover, you’ll enjoy this one. Muffins adapted from Beaming Baker and paired with fresh fruit.
Chia Seed Pudding
You can make chia seed pudding so many different ways! Sweetened as you like and topped with fresh fruit.
Breakfast Cookies
I love a good power breakfast cookie loaded with oats and seeds. You can google breakfast cookies and find several delicious recipes. I usually create my own concoction from a couple different recipes.

I hope you enjoy these sweet snack ideas. Only after healing myself of lifelong chronic constipation through healthful, plant-based eating did I arrive at my life’s work as a dietitian. Now, I find an immense amount of joy in helping others simply and sustainably eat foods that taste good and make them feel even better.
