During our coaching calls, we’ll review your progress and what you’re doing really well. We’ll also modify any challenges that arise and see what we can adjust to make sure you continue to confidently move forward.

We will be there for ongoing support and accountability every step of the way.

You’ll receive an electronic Welcome Workbook that explains everything you need to know to get started.

Once we have our first coaching call, we’ll start taking steps towards the goals we discussed.

We take on a select few 1:1 clients every quarter, so please go into as much detail as possible when you join the waitlist or complete your application.

After you sign up for the waitlist and you'll be the first to know when we're accepting new clients. After you apply, we’ll personally review your application.

If you meet the criteria for a potential nutrition coaching client, we'll invite you to schedule a free, 30-minute call to make sure we're a fantastic fit to work together.

The amount you’ll invest into nutrition coaching varies depending on the level of accountability you’re looking for and how long you want to work together.

I encourage working together for a minimum of four months, although most clients have chosen to work together for much longer than that, including 1-2 years.  Overall, you can expect to invest $2200 to $4000 for four months (monthly payment plans available).

It’s ultimately up to you how long you need to achieve success. I encourage a 4-month minimum commitment so we have time to build habits and behaviors you feel confident about.

My most successful clients work with me for at least 6-9 months and some have chosen to continue with nutrition coaching for years.

Absolutely not!

I work with all kinds of clients with varying food preferences and goals, including those who eat meat, dairy, and eggs. I will never pressure you to go plant-based.

If weight loss is one of your goals, we can certainly explore it. That said, I do not promote rapid weight loss.

We’ll start by diving deep into why you want to lose weight. With that in mind, we’ll look at all of your habits, explore your relationship with food, and come up with sustainable goals focussed on your overall health.

While payments are out of pocket, I can provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

I recommend calling your insurance and asking what they cover for nutrition services.

While I have the ability to take FSA/HSA cards, that doesn’t always mean your card issuer will approve the charge. I recommend calling your card issuer and asking if they cover nutrition services or we can talk more about this.
